Helen Maybelle Benson

Helen Maybelle Benson went home to Heaven on Thursday, December 28, 2017 to be with Our Lord and Savior. Helen was born in Kaufman, TX on September 24th, 1918 to John and Olive (Felkner) Webb. She married Leonard Royce Benson on July 18, 1936. They raised 3 beautiful children together in Kaufman and were faithful members of the Ola Church of Christ. Helen worked at Fuller Uniform until she retired after 33 years of dedicated employment. She was a true Christian, full of faith, love and happiness and will be dearly missed by family, friends and her church and hometown communities. Helen was proceeded in death by her husband and three children Royce, Peggy and Rick Benson, granddaughter Debra Bone, ten siblings and many other friends and family. Her life is celebrated and will go on through her loving daughters-in-law Anita (Dickerson) Benson and Brenda (Northcutt) Benson along with grandchildren Jimmy Don and Rocky Hallum, Carol Ellisor, Scott Benson, Candi, Mandi, Tami & Stephanie Benson, and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
