RAYMOND KEITH DAVIS

Raymond Keith Davis of Dallas, Texas passed away in a Dallas, TX hospital on May 15, 2016. Raymond was born in Wills Point, Texas on November 16, 1933 to Herschel Thomas Davis and Erma Dean Crayton. Raymond was raised in Wills Point and later moved to Dallas in 1941 where he lived the rest of his life. He served in the U. S. Army for two years. Raymond owned and operated Crayton-Davis Electric Company in Dallas and retired in 1986. He was a member of the East Grand East Baptist Church in Dallas and the IBEW Local Union 59. His hobby was farming. On March 26, 1954 Raymond married Kathryn Lucille Collins in Dallas. He is survived by his wife: Kathryn of Dallas, son: Jeffrey Scott Davis and his wife Lori of Kaufman, daughter: Jeanne Renee Newell and her husband Glenn of Forney, brother: Charles Loy Davis of Kaufman, grandchildren: Jessica Davis, Heather Newell, Garrett Newell, Tyler Newell, Ashley Beall, Kaitey Garrison, Callie Garrison and Samuel Garrison, eight great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
