Wathia Earline Culver Wathina Earline Culver was born on July 19, 1930 in Rosser, Texas to Earl Rudolph and Gena Corrine (Stegall) Ford. Wathina went to be with her Lord on March 17, 2015 at her home in Scurry, Texas. Wathina was active in her community, she served as a member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church where she participated in Women's Bible study class. Wathina was also a member of The Kaufman Hospitality House now the Senior Citizens Center, Heritage Society and a Kaufman County Library Volunteer. Wathina was an avid reader and loved studying geneology. Wathina was raised by her grandparents Lilliard and Bula Boles Ford due to an illness. Wathina is survived by her Son: Charles Earl Culver of Scurry, Texas, Daughters: Peggy Michelle Dorough and husband Bobby of Scurry, Texas, Dianne Janine Hauk "Deanie" and husband Steve of Ennis, Texas, Grandchildren: Lisa Wright and husband Bryan, Missy Bower and husband Chris, Michael Fortner, and Damon Hipp. The family would like to specially thank those who cared for her: Family First Hospice, Vicki, Cindy, Ashleigh, Sandy, and April.
