SCOTT WESLEY HALL Scott Wesley Hall was born in Dallas, Texas on October 20, 1973 to Robert William Hall Jr. and Myra Ella Lawhon. Scott passed away on January 16, 2015. Scott was raised in Kemp, Texas and graduated from Kemp High School in 1992. He loved fishing and roping. He is survived by his daughter: Hailey Nicole Hall, mother: Marella Hall, father: Bob Hall Jr., brother: Dearl Ray Allen and his wife Jeanette, sister: Johnnie Diann Broach and her husband Rodney, nieces & nephews: Charli Ann Parent and her husband Bobby, Briana Jo Waters and her husband Shane, Jessie Leanne Taylor, Justin Ray Allen and his wife Jami and many other relatives and friends.
