Dorothy Louise Biggers

DOROTHY L. BIGGERS Dorothy L. Biggers was born in Plainview, Texas on February 19, 1925 to John and Louise Duckwall McVicker. Dorothy passed away in Terrell, Texas on April 20, 2014. Dorothy was raised in Plainview, and met Brac Biggers where they both worked for Southwestern Public Service Co. After she married Brac on October 25, 1952 in Plainview, they lived in Floydada, Borger and Amarillo, where they raised 3 boys. In 1980 they began working overseas where Brac was an electrical consultant in Egypt, Yeman, Bangladesh and Barbados. After they retired in 1990 Dorothy moved to Terrell where she raised grandchildren and horses. Dorothy was a member of the First Baptist Church of Kaufman and a former member of First Baptist Church of Terrell. Her husband Brac Biggers preceded Dorothy in death on February 11, 2007. Dorothy is survived by her sons: Curt Biggers and his wife Lana of Dallas, Blair Biggers of Heath and Brac Biggers Jr. and his wife Denise of San Antonio, nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
