Janet Russell Wilson

JANET RUSSELL WILSON Janet Russell Wilson was born in Glasgow, Scotland on July 13, 1920 to James Hamilton and Margaret Leggett. Janet passed away in Terrell on August 27, 2013. Janet was raised in Pennsylvania and later moved to Virginia and Kansas City, Missouri. On May 13, 1942 Janet married George Irvin Wilson in Morton, Pennsylvania. Janet and George moved to Texas in 1971. They moved to Kaufman from Houston in 2005. Janet was a member of the Kaufman First Baptist Church and volunteered for North East Medical Center Hospital in Humble, Texas for over thirty years. She was preceded in death by a son David Wilson and a grandson. Her husband George of Kaufman survives her, sons: Donald Wilson of Blythewood, South Carolina and George I. Wilson, Jr. of Chesapeake, Virginia, daughter: Connie Armstrong of Kaufman, ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
