Patsy Clark Rice

PATSY CLARK RICE Patsy Clark Rice was born in Kaufman on August 24, 1923 to Frank and Bettie Clark. Patsy passed away in Terrell on February 22, 2013. She was raised in Kaufman and married Robert L. Rice on August 29, 1942 in Kaufman. Patsy worked twenty-one years as the secretary for Kaufman Junior High School and retired in 1984. After she retired she became a substitute teacher for Kaufman Independent Schools. Patsy was a member of the First Baptist Church of Kaufman. Her husband Robert preceded Patsy in death on January 14, 1976. A daughter Rebecca Ann Rice also preceded Patsy in death. She is survived by her sons: Bob Rice and his wife Becky of Kaufman and Mike Rice and his wife Kathy of Lewisville, daughter: Deby Miller and her husband Gary of Kaufman, six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials be to the Macular Degeneration Foundation.
