Doris Jean Patton

DORIS JEAN PATTON Doris Jean Patton was born in Ola, Texas on June 18, 1930 to Walter and Louise Thompson. Doris passed away in Kaufman, Texas on June 14, 1930. Doris was raised in Kaufman and worked for Duke and Ayres then Kaufman County and then went to work for Texas Power and Light. After thirty-seven years with TP&L Doris went to work for Trinity Valley Electric Cooperative for eleven years. Doris lived all her life in Kaufman and she was a member of the Kaufman Church of Christ. Doris married Charlie Patton in Ola and he preceded her in death in 1993. Her sister Billie Ellis also preceded Doris in death in 2005. Doris is survived by her son: Jace Patton and his wife Michelle of Scurry, sister: Oleta Worley of Fort Worth, grandchildren: Stoney and Ridge Patton, niece: Jo Ann Combs and many other relatives and friends.
