HENRY A. NEUSTUPA Henry A. Neustupa was born in Ennis, TX on March 1, 1924 to Joe and Sophie Patera Neustupa. Henry passed away in Kaufman, TX on May 10, 2012. Henry moved to the Lone Star Community in Kaufman County as a child. He entered the U. S. Army at seventeen and served in World War II participating in the Battle of the Bulge. After the service he moved back to Kaufman County for a short time before moving to San Francisco where he learned to be a carpenter. Henry moved back to Texas and later Scurry in 1953 and went to work for Ford Motor Company in 1953. After, seventeen years with Ford, he started carpentry full time and retired in 1984. Henry was a member of the Southside Baptist Church in Kaufman. On March 25, 1946 Henry married Lois Lucille Reed in San Francisco, CA. His parents, three great-grandchildren and brothers Joe Neustupa and Jerry Neustupa, sisters Sadie Ozimy and Jean Burgess, preceded Henry in death. He is survived by his wife: Lois of Scurry, son: David Neustupa of Scurry, daughter: Kathy Erwin and her husband Lonnie of Quinlan, sister: Mary Henderson of Kaufman, seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
