Floyd L. Coleman

Floyd L. Coleman was born in Kaufman, Texas on June 25, 1944 to Ozell and Nellie Nobles Coleman. Floyd passed away at his home on February 8, 2010. Floyd was raised in Kaufman and graduated from Pyle High School. He worked for the city of Dallas for a few years and he owned and operated the Coleman Fence Company in Kaufman. Floyd was a member of the Cedar Hill Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife: Miranda of Kaufman, sons: Chase Carpenter of Kaufman, Jason Whitmore of Scurry and Lennie Whitmore of Kaufman, daughters: Bridgett Simmon of Fort Worth, Michelle Perkins of Kemp, Joann Carpenter of Kaufman and Shari Acosta of Dallas, brother: Joe Coleman of Kaufman, sisters: Leona Miller of Kaufman, Claudia Badger, Arzella Williams of Athens, aunts: Geneva Gardner of Dallas and Esther Smith of Kaufman, uncles: Vernon Nobles of Dallas and Oliver Nobles of Dallas, twelve grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
