Delia Lea Smith

Delia Lea Smith was born in Hext, Texas on February 10, 1925 to George Ely Williams and Nora May Baldwin. Delia passed away in Kaufman on November 25, 2010. Delia was raised around Rocksprings and later moved to west Texas. She moved to Kaufman in 1978 where she was a member of the Oak Hill Church. Delia married Emmett Smith in Campwood, Texas on December 13, 1939. Delia is survived by her husband: Emmett Smith, sons: Clinton Smith of Tool, Norman Smith of Kaufman and Emmett Lee Smith and his wife Shirley of Kaufman, daughter: Barbara Martin of Longview, brother: Afton Williams of Forney, fourteen grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren, twenty-seven great-great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
