Frankie L. Hughes

Frank L. Hughes was born in Terrell, Texas on October 31, 1922 to Miller Z. High and Virginia Lee White. Frankie passed away at her home in Red Oak on May 2, 2010. She was raised in the Red Oak community and lived all of her life there. Frankie married Frank Hughes in March of 1945 in Kaufman, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank on August 29, 2000. Frankie is survived by her daughter: Landa Howell and her husband Danny of Kaufman, grandson: Craig Howell of Kaufman, brother: Billy High of Kaufman and many other relatives and friends.
