RONALD MALCOLM FOX Ronald Malcolm Fox was born in Terrell, Texas on April 29, 1949 to Charles and Joyce Long Fox. Ronald passed away in a Dallas, Texas hospital on January 31, 2009. Ronald was raised in Forney, Texas and later moved to Kaufman, Texas. He served his country in the U. S. Army during the Viet Nam War. He lived in Kaufman for thirty years before moving to Gun Barrel City, Texas eight years ago. Ronald owned and operated Penny's Gas Company in Kaufman for twenty-three years. He was a member of the American Legion in Kaufman and the Saint Peter Lutheran Church in Gun Barrel City. On January 13, 1973 Ronald married Judy Grossman in Garland, Texas. Ronald is survived by his wife: Judy of Gun Barrel City, sons: Charlie Fox of Kaufman and Sam Fox of Bonham, daughter: Brandie Taliaferro of Scurry, mother: Joyce Fox-Rhea of Kaufman, stepfather: Frank Rhea of Kaufman, brothers: Rhea Fox of Austin and Ricky Fox of Kaufman, six grandsons and one granddaughter and many other relatives and friends. Family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be to the Kaufman County Children's Shelter in Kaufman. Memorial services are pending.
