Loyce Brown Morris

Loyce Brown Morris was born in Eupora, Mississippi on June 28, 1927 to Bob and Bell Chrismond Morris. Loyce passed away in a Dallas hospital on November 30, 2011. He was raised in Eupora, Mississippi and then entered the U. S. Army in 1945 during World War II. Loyce was discharged from the service in 1947. He later moved to Kaufman, Texas in 1964 where he was a lifetime member of the VFW and the American Legion. Loyce was also a member of the Victory Church in Scurry, Texas. On December 24, 1949 Loyce married Frances Stroud in Hazelhurst, Mississippi. Loyce was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers and five sisters. He is survived by his wife: Frances of Kaufman, son: Kelly Morris of Kaufman, grandchildren: Tannan Morris, Tabatha Bahr, JerryYates and Heather Pool, great-grandson: Nicklas Bahr and many other relatives and friends.
