Laura Gene Zaman

Laura Gene Zaman was born in Kaufman, Texas on May 3, 1975 to Nicholas Torres, Jr. and Verna Gene Whittenberg. Laura passed away in a Kaufman hospital on March 5, 2010. Laura was raised in Kaufman and lived most of her life here. She worked for Sal's Liquor Store in Kaufman for three years. Laura was a director for the Kaufman Girls Drill Team for four years. She married Gul "Jimmy " Zaman in Kaufman on May 5, 2001. Laura is survived by her husband: Jimmy Zaman of Kaufman, sons: Colton Crawford of Oklahoma and Jesse Crawford of Oklahoma, daughters: Whittney Crawford of Kaufman, Brittney Crawford of Garland and Ashley Khan of Kaufman, mother and stepfather: Verna Gene and Gene Rawden of Kaufman, father: Nicholas Torres Jr. of Kaufman, brothers: Keith Torres of Idaho, Buddy Saunders of Garland, Brandon Torres of Dallas and Clint Torres of Terrell, sister: Julie Ann Jones of Kaufman, grandparent: Robbie Whittenberg of Kaufman, grandchildren: Lauren Crawford and Hayden Splawn and many other relatives and friends.
