John William Paxton

John William Paxton was born in Decatur Illinois on January 28, 1932 to John and Ruby Mae Mason Paxton. John passed away in a Kaufman hospital on January 26, 2010. John moved to Texas when he was five where he was raised. He moved to Irving where he lived for twenty-one years. He owned and operated the Asto Sheet Metal Company for thirty-five years. John moved to the Kaufman area thirty years ago. He married Mary Sue Keenom in Waxahachie on January 15, 1951. His wife Mary Sue preceded John in death on February 16, 2009 and by his son Russell on July 8, 2009. John is survived by his sons: John Paxton and his wife Debi of Southlake, Arthur Paxton and his wife Sandy of Irving, Allan Paxton and his wife Rose of Red Oak and Phillip Paxton and his wife Angela of Granbury, ten grandchildren, four great-grandsons and many other relatives and friends.
