Richard Brown Bishop

Richard Brown Bishop was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on September 24, 1937 to Ezra and Maxine Brown Bishop. Richard passed away at his home in Kaufman County, Texas on January 19, 2010. He was raised in Orange, TX and in 1963 Richard moved to Dallas where he owned Bishop and Son Insulation Company. Richard later moved to Kaufman in 1981. He married Bobbie Jean Phillips in Orange on October 26, 1956. Richard is survived by his wife: Bobbie Jean of Kaufman, son: Ricky Bishop of Kaufman, daughter: Shree Cummings of Kaufman, brothers: Max Bishop of Eustace, Ronnie Bishop of Orange, Jimmy Bishop of Orange, Jerry Bishop of Orange and Butch Bishop of Orange, sisters: Bobbye Taylor, Carol Bonin, Mary Stines, Diana Bishop and Pat Gunter all of Orange, grandchildren: Bradley Bishop, Brandi Litts, Joseph Bishop, Josh Cummings, Danyalle Shaw and Jacob Cummings, eight great-great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
