Jessie Reed Luttrell

Jessie Reed Luttrell was born in Ola on October 5, 1915 to William and Nancy Reed. Jessie passed away at her home in Kaufman on September 29, 2009. She was raised in Ola and later moved to Kaufman in 1955 where she lived the rest of her life. She was a seamstress in her home for many years and made many dresses for local ladies. Jessie was a member of the Kaufman Church of Christ. On December 6, 1941 Jessie married Lauren Daniel Luttrell in Kaufman. Her husband and a stepdaughter Wanda Joy Carver preceded her in death. Jessie is survive by her son: Lauren Don Luttrell and his wife Celina of Houston, daughter: Shirley Hayes of Kaufman, grandchildren: Pam, Dan, Rickey, Tammy and Reed, great-grandchildren: Jodi, Lauren, Daniel, Jessica and Morgan, great great grandchild: Jenna, step grandchildren: Ronnie, Tina, Nina and Terry Don and many other relatives and friends.
