Gayle Wells Grumbling

GAYLE WELLS GRUMBLING Gayle Wells Grumbling was born in Valdosta, Georgia on Nov. 18, 1942 to L. B. and Virginia Luke Farmer. Gayle passed away in a local hospital on January 2, 2012. Gayle was raised in Valdosta, Georgia and moved to Scurry in 1969. She worked for Leisure Lodge as a private nurse for many years. Gayle was a member of Grays Prairie Baptist Church. On December 8, 1974 Gayle married Charles "Butch" Grumbling in Ola. Butch preceded her in death on January 31, 2003. Gayle is survived by her daughters: Hollie Dyer of Fort Worth, Terri Watkins of Cedar Hill and Jennifer Delafuente of Scurry, grandchildren: Tiffany Ramirez, Jamie Watkins and Nolan Delafuente, great-great grandson: Sammy.
