Doris Helen Hollingsworth

Doris Helen Hollingsworth was born in Kaufman, Texas on My 1, 1921 to George and Chaytte Hendrixson Couch. Doris passed away in a Kaufman hospital on July 15, 2009. Doris was raised in Kaufman and graduated from Kaufman Schools. She lived in Kaufman all her life where she was a member of Grace Christian Church and the Red Hat Ladies. Doris worked for the Kaufman School District in the cafeteria for several years and then she retired from Terrell State Hospital. Doris married her first husband Oliver DeWitt Hussong in 1940 and he preceded her in death in 1979. She married James Hollingsworth on February 20, 1982 in Wills Point. Doris is survived by her husband: James P. Hollingsworth of Kaufman, daughters: Dolores Jane Harris of Rockwall and Judy Ann Keller of Fort Worth, stepsons: Jimmy Hollingsworth III of Washington, Paul Lackey of Oklahoma, Jay Wesley Hollingsworth of Louisiana, Clay Hollingsworth of Louisiana and Mike Lackey of Van, stepdaughters: Jan Marie Woosley of Tyler and Debbie Fisher of Canton, sister: Nancy Jane Burger of Fort Worth, grandchildren: Cindy Kay Gray and her husband Brad and Vicky Lynn Cross and her husband Ronnie and Cassie Deann Keller, great-grandchildren: Chad Gray, Orie Cross, Cameron Gray and Tobie Cross, numerous step grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
