Dorothy Lucille Howell

DOROTHY LUCILLE HOWELL Dorothy Lucille Howell was born in Fairmount, Indiana on October 3, 1916 to Oscar Powers and Estella Huffman. Dorothy passed away in Mabank, Texas on April 3, 2010. Dorothy was raised in Fairmount, Indiana and worked for the Ben Franklin dime store in Indiana. Later she worked for the Fairmount State Bank. Dorothy moved to Mabank in 2003. She was a member of the Grace Christian Church in Kaufman. On September 1, 1937 Dorothy married Orville Howell in Gas City, Indiana. Her husband Orville preceded her in death in 1992. Dorothy is survived by her nieces: Barbara Buck and her husband Howard of Mabank and Jane Holloway and her husband Doug of Mabank, nephews: Melvin Ogden of Marian, Indiana and Robert Powers of Jonesboro, Indiana and many other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date at Grace Christian Church in Kaufman.
