Edith L. Frosch

Edith L. Frosch was born in Henderson County, Texas on August 21, 1915 to Robert and Pearl David Woods. Edith went to be with the Lord on March 28, 2009 in Kaufman, Texas. She was raised in the Aley Community and later moved to Whitehall for thirty-three years. Edith moved to Kaufman in 1979. She spent fifty years as a rancher and housewife. Edith was a member of the Cottage Heights Baptist Church in Kaufman. Edith married Carl Frosch in 1929 and he preceded her in death in July of 1979. Edith was also preceded in death by a son Alton Frosch and a daughter Maxine Cheek. Her sons survive her: W. C. Frosch of Kaufman and Melton Frosch of Dallas, eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. She loved her children and grandchildren and there will be a void in our lived without her.
