Janice Thompson

Janice Thompson of Kaufman passed away in Kaufman on April 7, 2011. Janice was born in Freeport, Texas on December 31, 1949 to John and Margaret Oliver Rathke. Janice was raised in Harlingen and graduated from Harlingen schools. She moved to Huntsville in 1968 and then to San Antonio in 1975. Janice later moved to the Kaufman area where she lived for over twenty years. Her husband Homer Thompson preceded her in death in 2006. Janice is survived by her son: James Henry of Huntsville, Texas, brother: David Rathke of Huntsville, Texas, nephews: Bryan Rathke and Benjamin Rathke and many other relatives and friends.
