Maudie Beatrice Mayfield

Maudie Beatrice Mayfield was born in the South Bowie Community in Kaufman County, Texas on May 18, 1926 to William Auther Hill and Eunice Minnie Everett. Beatrice passed away at her home in Rand on January 26, 2011. Beatrice was raised in the South Bowie Community and later moved to Kaufman when she was eleven years old. She moved to the Rand Community in 1973. Beatrice worked for United Telephone Company for thirty-five years before retiring in 1983. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Kaufman. Beatrice married Rogene Mayfield on June 2, 1950 in North Bowie. She is survived by her husband: Rogene of Rand, son: Roger Mayfield and his wife Bettye of Rand, daughter: Carol Ann Westbrook and her husband Robert of Watsonville, California, grandchildren: Hali Mayfield, Stacey LaBauve and husband Brad and Aaron Bonds and wife Michelle, great grandchildren: Matthew Bonds, Gregory Bonds, Braden LaBauve and Darby LaBauve, niece: Nancy Lynn Hill and many other relatives and friends.
