Billie Gene Brumley

Billie Gene Brumley was born in Ardmore, Oklahoma on July 3, 1930 to William and Novis Clower Brumley. Billie passed away in a Dallas hospital on February 12, 2010. Billie was raised in Ardmore and then joined the U. S. Navy and served in the Korean War. After, the service Billie graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in electrical engineering. He moved to Farmers Branch, Texas and later moved to Scurry in 1974. Billie retired from Sprauge Electric in Garland after working there for thirty years. Billie was preceded in death by his wife Rosemary and is survived by his sons: Mike Brumley and his wife Tami of Scurry and Steve Brumley and his wife Donna of Scurry, brothers: William Marion Brumley of Kerrville and Maxdale Brumley of Wyoming, grandchildren: Jared Butler, Sarah Harry, Adam Ray Brumley, Annastiaza Rose Brumley and Billy Raymond Brumley, great-grandchildren: Aiden, Cody and Zoe and many other relatives and friends.
