Frank Ralph Cook

Frank Ralph Cook was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 6, 1953 to Harry Ralph Cook and Mary Josephine Smith. Frank passed away in a Kaufman hospital on August 13, 2010. Frank was raised in Chicago and then moved to Dallas, Texas in the early 1980's. Frank moved to Kaufman fifteen years ago. On November 17, 1990 Frank married Tammy Chesshire in Fort Worth, Texas. Frank was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife: Tammy of Kemp, sons: Jesse Chesshire of Kemp and Emilio David Cheshire of Kemp, daughter: Kimberly Burton of Chicago, Illinois, brother: Harry Cook of Arlington, sister: Bertie Huett of Morgan Town, West Virginia, grandchildren: Rosie, John, Sammantha, Ralph, Katy and Matthew and many other relatives and friends.
