Charles Robert "Bob" Yates , age 75, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019, in Richardson,Texas. Charles Yates was born on Dec-8th 1943 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Dorsey Yates and Viola Faye Yates. He is survived by his wife, Helen Lavern Yates; son, Bryan Harley Yates and wife Leslie; grandchild; Shawna and great granddaughter Ava; as well as one sister Virginia Herrera that still resides in Shawnee, Oklahoma.Charles has an extended family of nieces and nephews. Beth Collins and her sons Tyler Collins and Brandon Burrow. Her daughter, Amber and husband Dusty Brooks and their children Emma and Lyla; Brother-in-law Roy Perkins and his sons Kevin,Greg and Clint Perkins.
