Douglas Wayne Brown

Douglas Wayne Brown, 65, of Kaufman, TX went to be with the Lord on July 5, 2019. Douglas was born on April 26, 1954 to Gibbie and Henri Katherine Brown in Kaufman. He was born, raised. and lived all his life in Kaufman and graduated from Kaufman High in 1973. He went to work for Falcon Steel in 1973 and has worked there ever since. Doug married Linda Brown on November 28, 1973 in Kaufman and they were together for a wonderful 45 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Kaufman Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed hunting and fishing but his most treasured time was with his family. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother. Those left to cherish his memory are is wife Linda, daughters: Amanda Brown of Terrell, TX and Brandy Brown of Kaufman, TX; grandchildren: Ava Katherine Tucker and Evan Wayne Tucker; brother Eddie Brown of Kaufman and numerous extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
