Jackie Wayne Martin

Jackie Wayne Martin, 76, of Kemp, TX passed away on November 6, 2020, at home. Jackie was born on October 7, 1944, to Roland and Mary Martin in Denison, TX. Jackie grew up in Dallas. He married Donna Martin in 1984, and they were together from 1977 till she passed away in 1995. Jackie spent 23 years working for JN Fence Company before retiring this past February. He spent time swimming, fishing, and riding bikes. He was a hard-working but caring man. Jackie is a beloved father, grandfather, and brother. His parents, wife, grandson Steven Martin, and brothers: Wayne Martin, Jerry Martin, Donald Martin, and Danny Martin preceded him in death. Those left to cherish his memory are: daughters Shaunna Hyde and husband Robert of Kemp, TX and Linda Martin of Denison, TX; son Jackie Martin and wife Autumn of Kemp, TX; grandchildren: Chelsea Martin, Rebecca Hyde, Kenneth Hyde, Donna Hyde, Lillie Martin, and Garrett Martin; great-grandchildren: Katarina Hyde, Lexie Martin; sisters: Sherry Quire and husband Tim, Bonnie Martin and Etoil McQueen; numerous extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
