Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents D.G. and Dottie Council, daughters: Jackie and Sherita Council; grandparents: Essie M. Council and Roy D. Council and nephew Jeff Council, Jr. He is survived by son James Council and wife Jennifer of Quitman, TX, son Kevin Moser of Germany, daughter Jamie Council and husband Manuel of Eustace, TX, sister Judith Council-Ward of Longview, TX, sister Barbara Day and husband Jim of Red Oak, TX, brother Jeff Council and wife Millie of Kaufman, TX, 6 grandchildren, numerous extended family, rodeo family and friends who will miss him dearly.
