Mark Miller, a beloved member of the community, passed away at the age of 72 in Mesquite, Texas. Mark was born on April 28, 1952, in Dallas, Texas, and throughout his life, he touched the hearts of many with his warmth and humor.
Mark's journey was one filled with dedication and hard work. He spent 25 years as a truck driver for PepsiCo, where he poured his passion into every mile he traveled. In addition to his work with PepsiCo, Mark also worked as an independent contractor, showcasing his strong work ethic and commitment to providing for his family.
Known for his great sense of humor and for spending time with family, Mark had a special place in the hearts of all who knew him. His family and friends fondly remember him as an avid bowler and card player, who enjoyed simple pleasures like watching TV, playing dominos, and playing poker. His mother endearingly referred to him as "The Grazer" due to his love for snacking and enjoying meals.
His surviving family members who will forever cherish the memories they created with him are sons, David (spouse - Jennifer), Toby, Greg, and Michael Miller; brother, Scott Miller (spouse – Linda); his grandchildren, Jake, Jordin, Kinsler, and Harper Miller; great grandchildren, Caroline Miller, Rose, Eloise, and Margot Mascarenas; and multiple nieces and nephews.
Mark is now reunited in eternal peace with his father Joe Bob Miller and his beloved mother, Betty Jo (Knowles) Miller. Also preceding him in death was his brother, Joe Miller, and sisters Barbara Hobbs and Sandy Penn.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation at the Parker - Ashworth Funeral Home in Kaufman on Thursday, June 6th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will take place at Wilson Chapel Cemetery in Kaufman on June 7th at 3:00 PM.
In every shared smile and loving gesture among those who knew him best, Mark's spirit will continue to live on. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the love and joy he brought into the lives of others.
