Mary Rodriguez

Mary Rodriquez, 90, of Kaufman, TX passed away on October 2, 2019 at home surrounded by her family. Mary was born on November 24, 1928 to Pedro and Leonora Garza in Poth, TX. She was born and raised in Poth and moved to Kaufman in 1964. Mary fell in love with Robert Rodriguez and they married in December 1955 in Coriscana, TX. They were together for 30 wonderful years, and had 3 children during that time, until he passed away on April 30, 1986. Robert and her parents preceded her in death. Those left to cherish her memory are sons: Zenaido Rodriguez and wife Debra of Kemp, TX and Robert Rodriguez and wife Vivian of Crandall, TX; daughter Venita Torres and husband Ynes of Kaufman, TX; brother Joe Garza of Dallas, TX; sisters: Adela Walker of Wichita Falls, TX and Janie Garza of Kaufman, TX; grandchildren: Leslie Rendon and husband Felipe, Natalie Mitchell and husband Woody and Andrew Torres; great grandchildren: Alizae Mays, Alyssa Mitchell and Abigail Rendon; great-great granddaughter Marlee Monreal; numerous extended family and friends and her poodle "Sweetie" will miss her dearly.
