Phyllis Jeanne Mason

Phyllis Jeanne Mason, 80 years of age from Mabank, Texas went to be with our Lord on the morning of August 26, 2022. Phyllis was born to Clifton and Ruth Bookout in Seymore, Texas on June 8, 1942. She married the love of her life, Richard Grady Mason, on July 18, 1959. Phyllis and Richard were happily married for 61 years before his passing on December 2, 2020. Phyllis worked as a hairdresser before working at Coastal Plains in Dallas, Texas and Redburn Tire in Farmington, New Mexico. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Kaufman. Throughout her life, Phyllis loved to bowl, garden, and entertain all of her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, and proud Granny. Phyllis was preceded by her parents and her husband Richard. Those left to cherish her memory:

Sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Dannie Cooper of Lumberton, Texas; Daughter Terri Lynn Mason of Mabank; Son and daughter-in-law Ron and Jackie Mason of Farmington, New Mexico; Son and daughter-in-law J and Tegan Mason; Grandchildren Ross and Stephanie Mason, Russell and Bree Mason, Geoffrey Mason and fiancé Charlotte Schuessler, Ryan Webb, and Kaylee Welch; Great grandchildren Jace Mason, Reagan Mason, Gavin Mason, and Riley Mason; Sister-in-laws Movelda Patterson, Wanda Hall, and Nelda Wilbanks; Brother-in-law Johnny Mason, and many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
