Vickie Lynn Humphrey

Vickie Lynn Humphrey, 67, of Kaufman, TX passed away on February 6, 2021.  Vickie was born on May 10, 1953 to J.T. and Imogene Durst in Dallas, TX.  As a kid she lived in Dallas before moving to Kaufman.  She spent 15 years in Alaska before moving back to Kaufman in the last couple of years.  Vickie has worked at a daycare and for the Dallas school district as a bus driver.  She loved to crochet, sew, watch movies and shop.  Her most precious time was spent with her family: kids, grandkids and great grandkids.  Vickie's parents and brothers: Danny Durst and Paul Durst preceded her in death.  Those left to cherish her memory are son David Humphrey and wife Sherri of Kaufman, TX, daughter Alicia Maddox and husband Hershel of Kaufman, TX, brother Dicky Durst and wife Brenda, sister Jean Lundie and husband Harry, sister-in-laws Glenda Durst and Ann Durst, grandchildren: Victoria Berry and husband Austin, Briana Humphrey and husband Dalton, Sarah Humphrey, Heather Humphrey, Blake Maddox and Jacob Maddox; great grandchildren: Christopher Berry, Matthew Berry and Kinsley Renfro; numerous extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
