Elizabeth Cabrera

Elizabeth Cabrera, 56, of Kaufman, TX went to be with the Lord on April 23, 2021. Elizabeth was born on September 30, 1964 to Jesus and Socorro Morales in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico. She has lived in Kaufman for the last 35 years. For the last couple of years she worked as a cook at Wings in Kaufman. Elizabeth was also a caregiver for her mom. She enjoyed her trip to the casino with any family member who would go with her. Elizabeth loved spending time with her family in big gathering or just with all her grandkids. She was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother and sister. Her father preceded her in death. Those left to cherish her memory are son: Jesus Cabrera, Jr. and wife Gabriela, daughters: Mayra Thomas and husband Robert, Ana Cabrera and fiance Ryan Reed, Griselda Drake and husband Derrick; grandchildren: Adrian Cabrera, Emily Cabrera, Matthew Cabrera, Damian Cabrera, Kayden Drake, Keelie Drake and Jordyn Drake; brothers Juan Morales and wife Maria and Jose Morales; sisters: Rosa Terrazas and Yolanda Morales and husband Jesus Cabrera, Sr.; numerous extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
